Here’s the question from Pedro:
Hey James it’s Pedro again. I finally completed my first 72-hour fast, thanks to you! I feel fantastic and I can’t wait to stack these 72-hour fasts one after another for excellent results.
My new question is this: I want to incorporate resistance exercises for muscle building using bands. Do you have any resistance exercise plans that you can recommend? Perhaps a 5-day plan that focuses on different parts of the body each day? My worry is that I’ll get bored doing the same routine every day.
