This post is in answer to a blog reader who says… “Hey James, my name is Pedro and I’m a hog beast that is struggling with the 72-hour warrior protocol fast – I keep thinking about food and breaking the fast within the first day. My willpower sucks.
Do you have any advice on what I can do to overcome the 72-hour fast? I don’t want to break it but for some reason I “feel better” when I eat, it’s weird and frustrating at the same time.
