Love your videos James. They make everything seem clear (to follow). I already believe in intermittent fasting as a health tool and think most of us eat far too often (compared to our ancestors). You mention that you changed your diet a bit. Did you use a keto type diet or just cut the crappy carbs?
Hi Sasha, thanks for commenting, yes I did move towards a keto/low carb diet in order to get the fat off (still eating once per day). Now that I’m ripped I do eat carbs as and when I feel I need them to keep the muscles full and keep explosive power in the gym up… For anybody wanting to build muscle and strength I would recommend the strategic use of carbs. In fact I’m going to do a video about it!
