When Can You Start Doing OMAD (One Meal a Day)??

You might have heard of OMAD… the practice of eating one meal per day and getting all of your calories and nutrients for the day in one sitting

This is a VERY effective way of improving your health and staying lean and is in alignment with the Warrior Network protocol for lean people

The problem is that if you are fat and need to lose weight then it may not be suitable for you…

The reason for this is because you can still gain weight on OMAD and I’ll explain when you should start doing OMAD here…
